I'm singing loud and high praise for Theresa Haus at www.hhstables.com for her website services and wanted to recommend her to you all if you need any help.
From the time I first got on the Internet, I have created and maintained my own site with good luck, in spite of my lack of training in that area. (Sitting up every night until 2am doing trials and errors is quite educational!) In all those years, I've never had any trouble, but recently, my site was hijacked, and, long story short, my virus scans indicated that there was no problem on my own computer so I called Theresa for help. She determined that my host (bluehill.com aka 4domans) was the problem, not my own files, but they refused to either acknowledge or help, so we switched over to another host (recommended by Theresa) and PRESTO! Everything is up and running again, safe, tested and approved by Google, thanks to Theresa's help.
